This hotel has a great location, just a stroll away from the main attractions like the Mint Museum and St Mary's Cathedral, making it easy to explore. The room service was pretty decent, and I loved the dry cleaning and laundry options available. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which is always a plus! It really felt clean, unlike some other places I've been to.

That said, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The room felt a bit on the basic side—larger mugs and a bigger TV would’ve made it feel more like a cozy retreat.

I had a standard room and it was cheap which with different children could have been problematic. Pleasant staff who cared about me. The hotel had a very central setting to Optus stadium.

The room was quiet and impressive, featuring a lovely balcony and comfortable sofa chairs. Having two separate bedrooms was a fantastic addition. the walk-in shower, dryers, and bath sheets provided great convenience during the stay.

Really enjoyed my time here and had a lovely stay for another 3 nights during the final part of our trip.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy lounge and a kitchen that felt just like home. Cooking was a breeze, and having my own laundry facilities was super convenient. the balcony offered a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day exploring.

The shower setup was a bit tricky to deal with; others might find it fine, though.

Spacious Apartment with Convenient Location

The spacious apartment comfortably accommodated five of us, offering a full kitchen and a large fridge, making our stay convenient. the location was excellent, with a coffee shop in the building and a convenience store next door, providing added comfort and ease.

We had a very large room during our stay at Alderney On Hay. The spaciousness exceeded our expectations and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The room may have had outdated furniture, but it was clean and well-stocked, providing everything we needed for a self-service hotel experience. The reception staff was also lovely and professional, making the check-in process easy. Additionally, the availability of free parking on the property, along with a parking permit provided by reception, was a bonus. our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

This hotel is located in a convenient area just a short walk from the city centre. You'll find plenty of dining options nearby and there are also several free car parks. the large room was super clean and well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the friendly staff provided excellent service, even promptly replacing a broken microwave.

The outdated furniture could use a bit of an update.
